All the panels we offer are meant to enhance your building’s performance, from energy efficiency to structural support. Take a look at our most popular offerings, and contact us if there’s a style you don’t see.
Our most common metal panel styles include:
Concealed fastening wall panels
This aesthetically pleasing option of panel style hides the fasteners under metal panels, giving you a seamless appearance. These panels provide increased weather resistance and durability, and they can be installed over existing structures.
FW-120 Panels
FW-120 is commonly used for architectural, commercial and industrial markets. The heavy gauge offering provides for large spanning capabilities, particularly in composite wall applications.
FW-120 is available in three profiles, a flat profile, a profile with one bead and a profile with two beads. The FW-120 panel has been tested by a certified independent laboratory in accordance with ASTM test procedures for Air Infiltration and Water Penetration at the sidelap. Test results show no air leakage at 1.57PSF and no water penetration at 6.24PSF differential pressure.
MasterLine 16® Panels
The MasterLine 16® is a concealed fastener metal wall panel that provides an interesting shadow line enhancing the aesthetics of the panel.
The MasterLine 16® is a concealed fastener metal wall panel that provides an interesting shadow line enhancing the aesthetics of the panel. The panels provide 16” coverage and are available with factory applied mastic in the side laps. Panels may be attached to metal studs, with or without sheathing, as well as to subgirts. NuWall® Panels
The NuWall® panel creates a clean, uninterrupted wall on a building. NuWall® offers many coating options and comes in both smooth and embossed finishes.
The NuWall® system is based on a 12-inch module. This means that when using NuWall® over existing metal panels, the existing panel ribs must be 6 inches or 12 inches on center.
ShadowRib™ Panels
ShadowRib™ is a 3″ deep panel that combines aesthetics, economy and function to bring definition to metal structures. ShadowRib™ has multiple panel attachment and coating options.
ShadowRib™ is a proven performer and a versatile tool to the designer. Structural strength in the ShadowRib™ panel is accomplished without sacrificing appearance or design flexibility. Apply the panel over light-gauge framing, purlins, girts, structural steel and joists. Panels may be secured to the structure from the outside of the building with the ShadowRib™ concealed clip or from inside the building with an expansion fastener. Both are positive fastened methods that create a secure interlock between panel and structure. The fluted face creates distinctive shadow lines.
Exposed Fastening Roof/Wall Panels
We offer several styles of exposed fastener roof and wall panels. This versatile option can be installed vertically and horizontally, and can also be used as wall panels. These durable panels require very low maintenance and offer weather, pest, and fire resistance.
7.2 Panels
The long-lasting 7.2 ribbed metal panel offers versatility and functionality for roofs and walls. The symmetrical rib 7.2 Panel offers excellent spanning and cantilever capabilities, making it an excellent choice for carports and walkway canopies.
AVP Panels
The AVP panel can be used for wall application and features pencil ribs, providing improved aesthetics to the building design.
The AVP panel allows for more insulation to be added behind the panel, providing greater insulating values that meet the energy codes and R-Value requirements.
PBC Panels
The PBC panels can be used for both roof and wall applications.
PBC panels are attached to a building structure with exposed fasteners. The PBC corrugated metal roofing and wall panels are often used in horizontal applications on walls. Customize these panels with the right color for your building and create a beautiful architectural element.
PBD Panels
The PBD panel is an exposed fastened panel system that can be used for roof and wall applications.
The ribs in the PBD panel are symmetrical from top to bottom, which makes this panel ideal as a roof liner.
PBR Panels
Our PBR siding and roofing panels are through fastened panels that can be installed directly over purlins or joists. They offer a remarkable blend of versatility and durability, making them a great alternative to traditional materials.
PBU Panels
The U-Panel offers a lower profile and softer appearance than an R panel or Multi-Rib. This panel is widely utilized as a liner panel or partition wall and can also give designers a contemporary appearance for their building projects.
Standing seam roof panels
The raised and interlocked seams on these panels offer a clean, modern look. The panels attach to the roof with clamps, allowing your roof to remain free from nail and fastener holes. Their light snap-and-lock seams make them especially resistant to weather, fire, and rust.
